INTRODUCTION:

IDLERS & PULLEYS:

We itroduce ourselves as manufacturer of spares for Belt Conveyors i.e Troughing idler with brackets, Impact and Return idlers with brackets along with all types of pulleys i.e. Head, Tail, Bend, Snub etc. Idlers and pulleys are also manufactured with rubber (Natural, Neoprene or Slicon) lining for specific application. SCREW CONVEYORS & BUCKET ELEVATORS:

These spares are in use with almost all big industries for transporting raw materials in any form (granules, bulk or powdered). We have vast experience in manufacturing of Screw Conveyor / Bucket Elevators. Fins for Screw Conveyor are made of various type of steel sheets including stainless steel, nonferrous metals for specific application.

BEARING HOUSING:

In the past these housing were manufactured of Cast Iron resulting heavy weight of finished product with problem like alignments and runour. These have been since changed to PRESS STEEL HOUSING, manufactured of 3.1mm CRCA SHEET / HR Sheets.

We have in our capacity six number of heavy duty Hydraulic presses that undertake pressing of housing to the extent of 6 mm thickness. Our list of machineries are as follows:

We have our own design department with CAD facilities. Experienced and Qualified design engineers undertake any design related problem and solve these to our client's satisfaction.
